n.b. I don't give medical advice, but I'd enjoy an email chat. I've always been keen on keeping healthy, but this photo is a cheat. I put the hat on to hide my bald head (I'm 66 now). I keep my health so well that my doctor told me that he would have to find another job if everyone was like me.

I do visit him every year for him to fill in a certificate that I am still in good enough health to give blood, and that's the lot!

I live in Australia and my computer links me to the world. I'm at the computer all day, but I walk for an hour or two each evening which is enough exercise to keep me in good health.
